Selection Process

How to Apply

Candidates who want to apply for FREMAA Recruitment 2026 under AADB have to follow the below steps. Application will be accepted only through Email. No offline application will be accepted.

Step 1: Visit the official website of FREMAA which is www.fremaa.assam.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on Recruitment & Career section.

Step 3: Now click on the link “Recruitment of 12 posts under AADB under CRBIFRERMP”.

Step 4: Download the official notification PDF and read it carefully. After that download the prescribed Application Format given at the end of notification.

Step 5: Take a printout of the Application Form and fill it with black ball pen. Fill all details like Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Address, Educational Qualification, Experience etc correctly.

Step 6: Attach self-attested photocopies of all documents – HSLC admit for age proof, Degree certificates, Marksheet showing 55% marks, Tally certificate for Accounts Assistant, Computer certificate, Experience certificate if any, Caste certificate, PAN Card, Address Proof.

Step 7: Scan the filled Application Form and all documents in a single PDF file (File size should be less than 10 MB).

Step 8: Now compose a new email. In To field add both emails: ceofremaa@assam.gov.in and hrms-fremaa@assam.gov.in

Step 9: In Subject field write: APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF [IT ASSISTANT / ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / FIELD ASSISTANT] – AADB – [YOUR NAME]

Step 10: In email body write a short covering letter – Respected Sir, Please find attached herewith my application for the post of… etc.

Step 11: Attach your PDF file and send the email before 06 September 2026, 5:00 PM.

Step 12: After sending, keep the sent email screenshot and original application for future reference during interview.

Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview via email. If you do not receive any email within 15 days after last date, consider your application not shortlisted.
